  I have already paid for a wordpress plan and need human assistance transferring my domain, but every time i use the stupid ai bot it tells me i need to pay for a plan. I have already paid for the plan.

  You created the account hmahoneylee less than 1 hour ago when you posted this thread. I would say you bought that wordpress.com plan using another account.
