unable to get in to correct this error

I am unable to get into this site to fix this error. I do have access to this site, i am one of the admins user name asp_ababbe. I had to use this access to talk to some one at Word press. The error below is what I get when I try edit the website, I understand there maybe paid services that may need to be paid that might fix this problem. I do not know I used to be a card holder that ‘Elements’ was paid for that card was disabled therefor the annual fee did not get renewed.
