Unable to get into my blogs

    I am having problems getting into my wordpress account mcgrathwitzenhausenpublishing.com
    My name is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I have been having problems with my access to my account. When I enter the password it is not recognized and although I keep changing it this time I am really stuck. we have had the webpage for Professor Owls Book Corner for over 10 years along with two other sites, which were setup with you but has been transferred back to another host. All three of my sites are now hosted by Dynadot and will be forwarded to you soon.. I recently lost my husband after a lengthy illness, and I find I am getting very flustered and confused when using wordpress these days. I do not like using the bloc editing but prefer classic editor,
    can you help me please. get back on track

    Hi there!

    Is the address of your site correctly entered? I looked up the domain mcgrathwitzenhausenpublishing.com and it doesn’t appear to be registered anywhere. Can you confirm what the correct address of the site is?

    Also, just a heads up that WordPress sites hosted by other hosting companies (like Dynadot) are using the self-hosted WordPress.org software. It’s different from WordPress.com sites that we can directly help with on this forum.

    If your site is hosted by Dynadot, you will need to reach out to them for help as the site and its files will be hosted on their servers. We won’t be able to access them or help you with logging in to the site.
