Unable to get into site/receiving error

    Hi!

    I’m trying to get into my site NevermoreCollective.com and I’m unable to even access my admin. Even my domain shows the error, which is: Class ‘WP_Customize_Section’ not found in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas08_data01/42/2560942/html/wp-content/themes/collect/inc/customizer.php on line 30

    Help plz. :(

    Aloha nevermoreco, Aloha, It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

    With that being said, it looks like there may be an issue with your theme. You could try to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    If that doesn’t work, I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
