Unable to get my site offline

    I requested WordPress to close my account and take my site offline. Instead, WordPress demoted my site to a free plan with URL ‘wpstaging’ and I have repeatedly proved by recipts from American Express and from WordPress that I paid $300 for my site – but altho you have acknowledged that I did, and apologised, you still refuse to allow me to remove my site, and still have it online under a coming soon page.

    Please remove my site. You have refused me a refund, and I accept that. I just want to get my paid up ($300 Business) site off of WordPress.

    Hi there! I’ve removed the Business plan features from the site.
    You can go ahead and delete the site if needed by going to the General > Settings page on your account here: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/returntofatima.wordpress.com
