Unable to get password reset email

  Hello! I’m trying to log into the WP Admin of my website, thequietplaceart.com. However, I’m getting an error message that my username or password are wrong. When I click on ‘Forgot username or password?’, though I get a page with an error message, rather than the standard password reset page. Is there a way to prompt the password reset email manually?
