Unable to get refund even though I cancelled

Can’t get through to anyone. Cancelled my domain and was still charged $48 but didn’t request refund within 2 week period because I was deployed for work and just saw the email now. Now I can’t get the refund for $48 even though I’m not using this service any longer. This is ludicrous

unable to dispute the $48 renewal charge, even though I no longer have personal plan? Also no phone number I can call to talk to anyone about this. Extremely frsutrated.

In the meantime, if you’d like us to restore what you canceled, let us know. The domain will go into redemption if it’s not restored soon, and if you paid for it, you might as well keep it.
