Unable to get website content back and WordPress is not providing Chat button

    Can someone help me please? My domain with GoDaddy expired and I had renewed, but when I tried asking their customer support for help with Content Recovery, they told me to update my WordPress plan before they could proceed. I did that yesterday.

    They had failed to mention that I had a deadline of 26th of June, and now are telling me that the deadline for content recovery has passed and everything is gone.

    Is WordPress able to help me? I distinctly remember having paid for a plan with them for hosting/serving.

    Have you saved any content off line or on a hard disc? Could be a learning for the future.
