unable to get wordpress support

  the Help-wordpress.com page for contacting wordpress support staff returns a blank. when i click on the Contact us button, The page says, “Our chat tools did not load. If you have an adblocker please disable it and refresh this page.”

  please help. I am having issues with my domains and have not been able to activate and use my account since purchase.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you see the earlier replies from staff about your domain and troubleshooting the contact us button? I think they are still awaiting a response.

  Hi there, you can find all your previous forum threads if you click on your username at the top right of any forum page where it says, “Welcome, YOURUSERNAME” That will take you to your forum profile where all your threads are listed. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/priyastrombss
