Unable to import file

I’m trying to import wordapp file into my WordPress site, but it bringing up error
How do I go about that ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you adding this file to the media library of the site? Please let me know what the error message says.

This is the error message:The import archive contains one or more invalid files. Please make sure the names of your XML files don’t contain punctuation marks like brackets, commas, quotes, etc.
Make sure you are using a valid WordPress export file in XML or ZIP format. Still need help? -
You mentioned “wordapp” in your first reply.
That’s very different from WordPress, and we don’t have a wordapp importer.
Are you importing from WordPress or wordapp?

Ok, is the import file a valid WordPress export file, ending in either .xml or .zip?
What is the URL of the site you are importing _from_?
Do the names of your XML files contain punctuation marks like brackets, commas, quotes, etc?

That’s a plugin, not a WordPress import file.
You’ll need a Business plan or higher to install plugins: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/#using-other-plugins
