Unable to Import Files

  Hello Team,

  I tried to import posts from my xanga. I followed the steps: Dashboard –> Import –> Xanga –> Select the file. However, the status is stuck at “Processing” for more than a month.

  Grateful if you can help, perhaps reset the status so that I can re-upload again?

  I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. They will reset the importer for you and reply here. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  See here for instructions on how to do a Xanga import http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file it is.
