Unable to Import from Tumblr

Hi there! I’m getting a strange little error when trying to import my Tumblr blog to WordPress. I initially let the importer run for about three hours and it didn’t update at all during this time, so I stopped the import and removed the site information to try to restart the import. Now I’m getting the following error message when trying to initiate an import over 12 hours later: ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.’
What should I do at this point?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with resetting the importer.
You’ll likely receive a response within a few hours from a staff member, but in the meantime, you may wish to take a look at this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/tumblr-imports/
Once it’s reset, please bare in mind the following as advised by staff:
Please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
