Unable to import old wordpress blog

  I am trying to import an old wordpress blog to my new wordpress blog. I went to the old one and downloaded the file and uploaded it successfully so I thought to the new one. I received an email saying my import was successful. But the blog is not there. Can some please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
