Unable to import specific demo from theme

    Hello,

    I have downloaded and installed the Archi version 3.8.6 theme.

    However, I am unable to successfully import the ‘Full Screen’ demo as a template to begin editing my website. Whenever I import this particular demo, it loads successfully to 100% but nothing changes when I preview my website afterwards. The template effectively isn’t working.

    I have no issues importing other demos (templates) from the Archi theme. Can you please assist?

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the theme author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
