Unable to import subsequent import files

    Hi there,

    This is regarding file imports from xanga. I’ve successfully imported my first import file. The first one was imported really fast.

    As for the second file, it’s still processing. And I’ve tried importing the others but I get this message – “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.” when I try.

    Is it because WordPress can only process one import file at a time and I’ll have to wait for my second import file to be successfully imported before I can try to import another?

    Hi there,

    Yes, you can only import one file at a time, so you’ll need to wait for each file to finish importing before you can import the next one. I just checked your blog and that second file finished importing, so you can continue with the next file now. :)

    If it looks like the import gets stuck (if you see that processing message for more than 24 hours) just let us know and we can reset the importer for you.
