unable to import wix site

    Hello there support,

    I’ve tried to import this Wix site https://mikitravel.asia through the import function on WordPress but I keep getting this error message:

    On Edge:
    It looks like we’re unable to reach that website address at this time. (ID: e2f91983-f874-44c6-9c3a-71287c802a9a)

    On Firefox:
    It looks like we’re unable to reach that website address at this time. (ID: bf1810a6-72e9-46e4-b2e2-6a928ec6229d)

    Let me know if it’s a problem on my end and how I can fix this. I read some forums with some WordPress employees suggesting they import on their end. I’m happy to go down that route if it’s an option.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble importing from Wix. There are some known issues with the Wix Importer due to Wix being a proprietary platform. I’ve attempted the import on my end and receive similar errors.
