Unable to import Xanga content

after i drag the XML document downloaded from Xanga to the import page, it says’ Missing required body data. Try another file or contact support’ What I shld I do?

I have imported some content from my xanga account, but now my import is permanently stuck at “processing.” It’s been like this for weeks. How do I fix this?

That error means there is something wrong with the data in the file. Pleas go to your Xanga site and create a new export. Make sure that you follow the instructions in the guide @timethief linked to.
In future, please include a link to the site you need help. I’ve reset the importer on your site, https://chiehzaxanga.wordpress.com. Please try importing the file again.
