Unable to import xml file

  I have an xml file which I tried to upload and import to my blog, but it has been days and nothing happened. I read that you guys can help to reset my importer so that the import can be successful.

  Can someone please help to reset my importer? Much thanks!

  It goes the same for my sister’s blog too. Can’t import the xml file.
