You don’t need to do anything, WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to Google with every post and page update. The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites. While not necessary to be included in Google’s index, connecting your site to Google’s Search Console (http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/) can help Google include your site more quickly.
Also your site should be public in order to make your site appear in Google search as it allows everyone to read your site and enables your site to be included in search engine results and other content sites.

@ithinki2i, you have only sample content on the site you referenced, and I see no other sites associated with your username. Can you verify the URL of the site you are talking about?
