Unable to install plugin

  Hello,

  I am trying to install WP bot pro but am getting a ‘request timed out’ error msg whenever I upload the .zip file. Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this? I have installed all our other plugins the same way and this is the first so far to have this problem.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
