Unable to install plugins

    Hello,

    I have just upgraded to Business on WordPress.com and I want to start downloading plugins but no install button is present, how can I go around this ? Thank you.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    If you have an active Business plan, you should be able to install plugins from your site’s dashboard. To help troubleshoot this issue, could you share a screenshot of the plugins page you’re viewing? This will help determine if there might be any temporary access issues or if you’re looking in the correct location.

    The plugins section should be accessible through your WordPress dashboard under Plugins > Add New, where you’ll see an “Install” button next to each plugin listing. If you’re not seeing this, the support team can help verify your plan status and resolve any access issues.
