Unable to install plugins and themes

  Hi Team,

  I have created a new website. I installed monsterinsights plugin. Next day it stopped working, I tried to reautheiticate but it is unable to load settings :Cant load authentication details. error:403 forbidden; Unable to delete any plugin and unable to install any new plugin or themes. Please help me here.
