The site I need help with is appointments.kreview.tech. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and is hosted by Godaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
