unable to interact via live chat

    I can’t seem to engage with anyone through live chat. I’m curious if anyone else is experiencing this issue. Live chat has never functioned properly for me. Can anyone provide information on premium account services? I’m tired of communicating with WordPress through email—it’s not immediate and I often have to wait hours for a response.

    I’m dissatisfied with the current service. I would appreciate if someone could review it. Also, please suggest some alternatives to WordPress. I am willing to try them out, as I’m quite frustrated with the current service.
