Unable to Justify the alignment

Hi Team,
I am a new blogger and trying to copy and paste the content from the Word document. Everything is fine but Text is not getting aligned into Justified alignment.
Visual editing tab is not showing completely in the dashboard. Kindly help me.

Hi @mosesdunga, formatting from Word might not be able to copy over. For our servers we recommend these steps instead:
However, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
