Unable to launch my site – not sure what to do!

Someone help! I’ve been trying to launch my site for over a month with no luck, & I’m really not sure what is wrong.
Also, under my user profile, it is stating that there is a confirmation sent to change my email (which I had changed to match my brand), but I have received NOTHING for this, & therefore am unable to edit any user info.
Lastly, as of today, my page is not even viewable within WordPress.
Clearly, I’m extremely technologically impaired, so any help would be immensely appreciated!

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re referring to the site listed in your WordPress.com account as box5710.temp.domains/~prayini3/, that site is hosted by Bluehost.com, and you need to contact them to get it connected to a proper domain and launched publicly.
You can manage that site in your WordPress.com account through the Jetpack plugin installed on it, but Bluehost is the hosting provider, and the only people who can help you with this particular issue.
