Unable to leave comments on other blogs

  Hello,
  I am not able to post on anyone’s blog because the screen keeps asking me to sign in. When I do sign in with my password it says incorrect. I can’t begin to tell you frustrating this is and it’s not the first time it’s happeneed. And yes, I sign into wordpress on my own blog page before trying to post a comment on someone else’s.
  Why does this keep happening.
