Unable to leave comments on WordPress.com posts

I am unable to comment on blogs on WordPress.com. I have an account with WordPress.com and three with WordPress.org. When I try to comment on a post in wordpress.com, I am asked to login with my email address. I am unable to do this. I have requested password changes; even then, I am unable to log in and leave my comment. This is very frustrating. I notice that others wishing to comment have had the same problem. Evidently, the “bugs” you claim to have fixed are still there.
I have a Gravatar that does show up and the password for that is the same as the password associated with the the email address. Unfortunately, nothing works. In my frustration in the past, I have given up and not commented. This is not correct and I no longer want to walk away, unsatisfied. Please help!

Would you please tell us the URL of a WordPress.com post that you attempted to comment on, and the email address you attempted to use?

I was trying to log in using the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)
The Website I was trying to comment on was: http://k1ypp.wordpress.com/
I finally logged in using the twitter login; could not do it otherwise.

The email address you mentioned is the one on your account, so it should work.
