Unable to link a plugin purchased on WooCommerce website to my WP website
-
I’m very frustrated with the lack of support apparently available from WooCommerce.
As the title says, I am unable to link a plugin purchased on WooCommerce website to my WP website. In plugins on my site I see the plugin, but it shows as “no subscription”. I’ve attempted to link my store to the WooCommerce site at least a dozen times.
If I open up a support ticket using the extension in question, the plugin people tell me that it is not their problem. I see no option to open a support ticket directly with Woo.Anyone have any ideas, and am I making a mistake moving my stores from Shopify to WP/WooCommerce? Seems like no support at all is offered.

Sorry for the stress, I can understand your frustration. No, you did not make any mistakes migrating from Shopify to WP/WooCommerce.
I will share a link to contact WooCommerce with you but before then there are basic troubleshooting you can do on your own.
If I get you correctly the issue you are having is inability to link a plugin you purchased from WooCommerce to your WordPress website, if that is correct follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue if not, follow this link to contact WooCommerce Support.
1. Verify Plugin Compatibility
- Ensure the plugin is compatible with your current WordPress version and any other plugins or themes you have installed.
2. Download the Plugin
- Log in to your WooCommerce account at WooCommerce.com.
- Go to My Account > Downloads and download the plugin file (usually in a
.zipformat).
3. Install the Plugin on Your Website
- In your WordPress dashboard:
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Click Choose File, select the
.zipfile, and click Install Now. - Activate the plugin after installation.
4. Connect WooCommerce Account
- If the plugin requires a license key or account connection:
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Extensions.
- Click WooCommerce.com Subscriptions and sign in with your WooCommerce account credentials.
- Once connected, the purchased plugin should automatically link to your site.
5. Activate the License (if required)
- Some plugins require a license key to activate:
- Check your purchase confirmation email or the My Subscriptions section in your WooCommerce account for the key.
- Enter the license key in the appropriate settings section of the plugin on your WordPress dashboard.
6. Check for Errors
- If the plugin fails to install or activate:
- Check Tools > Site Health > Info for any server configuration issues.
- Ensure your hosting environment meets the plugin’s requirements (e.g., PHP version, memory limits).
- Look for error messages in your WP Admin Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Debug Information.
7. Clear Cache
- Clear your browser and site cache to ensure you’re seeing the latest updates.
Best of luck!
