Unable to link posts to Daily prompt

  I am unable to link my post/ photos to the daily prompt or weekly photo challenge since the last 3 weeks. It was working fine till then. Would appreciate help to resolve the issue.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  rputtige – I am still investigating this for you. I just wanted to post an update so you know that I’ve not forgotten about your question. The most common reason that ping backs don’t work correctly is because the URLs do not match. But, this is not the situation for your site as the URLs match perfectly.

  I’m not able to locate an exact issue that caused these specific ping backs to fail. You could try to create a new post with a new ping back and see if it works. Although, doing this more than once will trigger the spam filter, so I’d only do it once.

  This thread will stay open so that you can let me know of any future ping backs that fail.

  Update : I have asked our developers to take a deeper look than what I can do myself to see if they can find the root cause of the issue. I’ll post an update once I have more information to share.

  On earlier occasions, I had tried to link it multiple times. Could it be possible that it triggered the spam filter? Can it be undone. Please help me sort this out. Would be grateful.

  Thank you for sharing that. You’re account has not been marked as spam for The Daily Posts. However, I am unable to figure out what is triggering these posts to fail. I’ve asked our developers for help. They will investigate and then I will send an update. I do not have an exact timeline for when that will happen.

  I can tell that there have been 20+ successful ping backs created from your account with The Daily Post.

  Yes, that was before this problem started. It was working fine till about a month back or so.
