Unable to load any images into to Header

I was able to load my image into the Media Library but the image does not load into my header. It actually claims that its my header but nothing changes on the website.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

With the Harmonic theme activated, the header image won’t display on pages or singles posts. It does display on the blog or posts page, and on archives pages. The site https://schofferbrothers.wordpress.com/ does display the header image on the Blog page, and on archives pages such as the October 2016 archives page. However, the site header image presently set is one of the default “suggested” header images.
It’s possible to have an image in the media library marked as a header image without it being presently assigned as a header image at Customize > Header Image. I suspect that it’s in a group (or it might be the only one) labeled “Previously uploaded.” At some point, you must have changed from the uploaded image to a default image at your header, perhaps unintentionally.
To assign uploaded image of your choice as the site header image, at Customize > Header Image, click on the image, which will place it in the “Current Header” area. Then click Save & Publish.

similarly, I can’t seem to change the background of News on the front page. I would like to replace the picture of the grey boat with my own image.

Your News section, titled “Latest,” presently has the background image https://openwatersplay.files.wordpress.com/2016/10/20161006_164006.jpg set, rather than a picture of a grey boat. Have you resolved the issue?
