Unable to load my new avatar onto my profile in WordPress web site.

  I have created my new avatar and have tried to load it up onto my profile on the WordPress website but it will not take. The step advises me to adjust my avatar size into the dotted lines but no dotted lines appear when I press the next button. How can this problem be resolved?

  Thanks for your response. However, I was trying to load my ew avatar onto my WordPress account page. The problem was Safari not loading the page correctly. Support provided the answer by changing my browser to Firefox. Problem now completely resolved.
