Unable to load my webpage

    I was having issues editing one of my posts (was not able to add media…just a blank box and media button wouldn’t do anything). So after reading some other discussions about this error…I deactivated all plug ins and re activated them one by one as suggested. Once I did that, I was no longer able to load my webpage. I go the following fatal error message:

    Fatal error: include_once(): Cannot redeclare class wonderplugin_slider_plugin in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas01_data01/86/3320786/html/wp-settings.php on line 255

    So now, I am not able to even get into my admin page: http://www.thewxguy.com/wp-admin/

    It looks like you are using a self-hosted version of WordPress instead of the WordPress.com-version that is supported here.

    With that being said, I would try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    If that doesn’t fix the problem, I would ask for further assistance on the WordPress.org support forums.

    Thanks for the reply Geoffrey. After a while, I was able to go to my godaddy.com account and “restore” my page from a previous backup and that was able to allow me to load my webpage. Now I will take a look at what you mentioned with regards to self-hosted vs .com version. Additionally I will re-update my plugins to see which one was giving me problems. Again, thanks for the reply.
