Unable to log a support ticket as normal because for some reason there is NO Get system report button and the annoying support ticket system will not allow me to report this!

  What I said above – I need help with a plugin but cannot log a ticket because the support ticket system fails due to no system report! So now first off please help with where the ‘Get system report’ option has gone! I am using V3.5.7. Thanks.

  da-man.co.za uses WordPress.org software with another host:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If you are having trouble creating a support ticket for a particular plugin, you could try posting to the WordPress.org support forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  There should be a dedicated support area for the plugin there (accessible from the WordPress.org plugin page).
