unable to log in

I am trying to log into my wordpress account and keep getting this error message: “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.” I have tried several times now without any luck.
Cookies are enabled. I have looked on forums but I don’t understand what they’re recommending in terms of changing coding or deleting then adding plugins back, especially if I can’t even login to access any coding or plugins (not that I’d know how).
I desperately need a plain-english common sense solution as soon as possible to update my website.
Please note that this is not for the site I am currently logged in for but for another site – Gelateria Gondola. Obviously I can’t log into it to send a message from there.
Please help, thank you,

Hi Naomi,
We have had some reports of this, and it seems it’s related to your your internet provider or browser. Can you try another browser like Firefox or Chrome to rule out any internet issues?
Thank you!

Hi there,
So, I was made aware that we were having some connectivity issues earlier today from the US North East, but it has since been fixed. Are you still having the issue now?
-
Yes, I’ve just tried again and I still have the issue. I really need to get in ASAP to update my website.
-
Can you try on Firefox? Because of the error, I’m assuming it’s because the browser for some reason hasn’t enabled your cookies. If it’s not working on Firefox, can you try a different computer in a different location? We haven’t received any other reports of this recently, so I think it’s independent to your setup.
-
Surely I should be able to access it from my own computer the way I have for a couple of years now!
-
We can find a way, but I’m trying to see where the issue is coming from. Either an ISP issue, or just a browser issue. It’s really hard to pin point where this is coming from since it’s not happening to our other users. If you have any extensions enabled, can you try disabling them and see if it works?
-
I’ve tried Firefox, it doesn’t work either. I got the same message about cookies. I have NEVER had this problem before and I haven’t changed the settings on my computer. I’ve tried it on two different computers at different locations and got the exact same message. I checked in both instances that cookies were actually enabled too.

I was just able to log into your account. I’ve looked into previous reports such as this one, and it seems like it might be an issue with your Internet Service Provider. Can you try contacting them to see if that may be it?
If not, I’m not sure if this is it, but did you download some kind of Twitter extension of some sort recently?
-
Into the Gelateria Gondola account? I’m logged in currently to my Patches McGee account and have no problem with that (though I’m afraid to log out and back in incase I have this same issue). I can’t see why I should be able to log into one and not the other – my service provider hasn’t had a problem with that in all the years I’ve been using wordpress.
No I haven’t downloaded any Twitter extensions recently.

Ok, so that site is not hosted by us at WordPress.com, so we cannot help you with this. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.

Please try contacting your host. I did a quick search and found that it was Cloudflare. You can check this by putting in your link here:
