Unable to log in

I am unable to log in with my username and password. It was working fine the other day and now it won’t work. When I ask for a new password to be emailed to me, no email is received. How can I access my account?

The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
