Unable to log in

  Hi I have tried unticking the keep me signed in so I can clear my wordpress prefilled in log in details on this computer, however on logging out the computer retains the prefilled login. This means my husband cannot log into his business website using this computer, please advise

  Your browser is probably retaining that information.

  I recommend you check your browser’s support page for clearing auto-fill passwords like these.
