  We have changed the domain name on our hosting and now wordpress will not let us log in – doesn’t give any error but just refreshes the site

  You’ve posted in the forums for sites hosted on WordPressdotcom. Assuming that you are talking about a standalone WP (org) install, you’ll need to contact either your web host provider or post in the support forums for sites using the WP (org) software: https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username there you can register one on that page.

  WP (org) and WordPressdotcom are separate entities. You can read more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
