Unable to log in

You have sent me an email with my login details and I have confirmed my email address through the link in this email. Through this link I am taken to my account and my email address and username are shown to be what I thought they were. However, when I attempt to customise my site, my username or email are not recognised as being linked to an account and I am therefore unable to do anything to my site.

Are you trying to work on graceuponpaper.com or a different site? graceuponpaper.com is actually hosted via BlueHost and not WordPress.com.
So, there are 2 versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a managed environment with dedicated support staff – this is quite different from using the WordPress installation which your site has.

For help with that site you’ll need to visit https://wordpress.org/support/ where a volunteer will try to help. The other option would be to contact BlueHost directly.
