  Dear Sirs, My name is Zsolt Szabo from Hungary. I have a paid website at you: https://photozsoltszabo.com/. I want to make a new post, but I am unable to log in. A have changed my password, it is OK, now I am able partly log in, but unable to get full in depth into my site. It is written: You have no site, create a new one! Please help me, see after what happened? Thanks

  Hi –

  It sounds like you have created a duplicate WordPress.com user account rather than signing in to the original one that owns the site in question, photozsoltszabo.com.

  To access photozsoltszabo.com you need to sign in under the zsmszabo user account.

  Dear Liz,

  Thanks for your kind help, my site works again well. I have no idea how I created the new zsmszabo680961008 user account (maybe a hack attempt?) but of course I do NOT need it. To avoid further disturbances please remove it from the WP system!

  It’s no trouble at all, we are happy to help. In order to remove that account entirely you’ll want to use these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
