unable to log in

  Hi, I have a paid website sunnysdisposition.com but when I try to login it says that this does not exist. However, you can still access the blog as a reader. Could you please help as I need access obviously to write etc. Thanks! Sunny:)

  Hi @sunnyjandu84, the site exists; it’s just set up with another account. Can you log out and log back in with your other username? You may also be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders.

  Hi
  I tried this by doing as you suggested and logging out of the Google account and using email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it tells me to sign in with my username instead. So I try sunnysdisposition and sunnysdisposition.com but neither of these work as the message appears that it doesn’t exist.

  Please use this for to recover access to the account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  You can use the transaction ID from the domain’s purchase receipt to claim ownership.
