Unable to Log In

  For some reason, I’m not able to log in to my site for my company – https://www.cypresscanyonbooks.com. It’s not recognizing my e-mail address and/or password. When I try to do a password reset/retrieval, it doesn’t recognize my e-mail address. (Using an old personal WP site log in just to try to get some help.)

  I don’t know if my site’s been hacked and they’ve changed the e-mail or what’s going on .

  Hello there. Hello. Your site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com, but in NameCheap using the WordPress.org open source software. WP.com and WP.org are two completely separated entities so, in this forum, we can only help with issues related to sites hosted at WP.com, we can’t help you from here. You can contact your provider for help or look for help at WP.org forum.
