  Hi, every time I want to log in my site takes me to a ‘coming soon page’ and I am unable to log in to my dashboard through this way. Are you able to send me a link to allow me to log in directly to my dashboard please.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
