  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using radicalurge.com/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools.
