Hello. whenever I try to access any page through wordpress i get this error:
Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in /home/public/wp-includes/script-loader.php on line 757I understand this is an older php issue and that I need to apply some updates. However this issue is also stopping me from logging into wordpress. I am looking into how to update wordpress through an FTP process but it seems difficult. Is there anything support can do to help me out or do i need to figure out the FTP method?

I found that downgrading to wordpress 6.2.2 fixed the issue. this was done by downloading the 6.2.2 release folder and copying the contents, but not wp-content, into my websites folder through an ssh connection. I can now log in and update everything.
