Unable to log-in and page re-direct

I accidentally changed my URL name and now WordPress redirects me the new page instead of the log-in page. I am not even able to enter my account to change anything. My domain is duggymedia.com, but it keeps taking me to dugganmedia.com.

I changed the URL Settings in the Settings Menu on the Dashboard. It is a WordPress.Com site and it is posted above (http://www.duggymedia.com/) even though it looks like a broken site.
The site should be hosted because I currently am paying for a 12 month subscription with WordPress. I think it says I am not hosted because it changed all of my information to dugganmedia.com, a site that does not even exist. I do not know how to change the settings if I am redirected from the log-in page every time.

duggymedia.com. is hosted on Blue Host and there is no Domain Mapping for that name to map it to a blog here – so I don’t think you are here –
If you are here then we need the base blog here i.e. your-name.wordpress.com
