  hi , I have been able to get on wordpress.com for the blog site. I can sign in as (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  however I have spent over two hours to log in http://www.globaltrendsus.com/wp-login.php . I use to have a webdeveoper which I let go. Now, as an admin I am not able to sign in . When I request for the password change I have not recieved any email to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I have made at least 20 request and I have not been able to get any password rest link for http://www.globaltrendsus.com/wp-login.php .

  Please adivise of what to do.

  my email has not changed but I am not getting email to reset the password

  Have you checked your Spam folder? Particularly with 20 identical emails, it’s likely that they have ended up in your email spam folder.

  yes we have . the blog site works perfect and we can sign in but http://www.globaltrendsus.com/wp-login.php but we can not sign in. We have requested for password change with no email coming from wordpress for the php site. I am affraid what if the webdeveloper who no longer works for me and has vanished has put his email and getting the password reset email . I have called godaddy and they told me that the email of (email visible only to moderators and staff) is my word press email. I have spent 2-3 hours to fix this problem Is there a customer service for wordpress. please help
