Unable to Log in to Dashboard

  I have spoken to the AI support and they have suggested that I need to reconnect with Jetpack – when I attempt to log in it doesn’t recognise my account details, when I try to reset my password it gives me an error 404. How can I reconnect to Jetpack?

  The site jjquinneletrical.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, but I see that the site is connected to us via your Jetpack plugin!

  If you are trying to log in to WordPress.com to see your Jetpack powered features and having trouble there, the first step is to reset your password to your WordPress.com account, from here: https://wordpress.com/log-in/lostpassword

  Keep in mind, that login will be unique to WordPress.com, and different than your user login on the site itself, which you would use here: https://jjquinnelectrical.com/wp-admin
