Unable to log in to my admin

  Hello,

  I am unable to log into my admin at all. It says my email is invalid, my username is invalid. When I try to get my passwords, same thing happens.

  I have had website for like 6 months now but i havent logged in in like 2 months.
  My live Chat doesnt work, it all going to sh..

  any ideas guys ?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
