Unable to Log In to my wordpress website

I am trying to log in to my website http://emmanuelray.com/ and update it by myself as the guy who used to manage it has relocated. The log in and password used to work and now doesn’t. The forgot password link method doesn’t work either. Why is it impossible to contact the wordpress support team?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Digital Ocean.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Thanks. I just tried the forgot password link again, from a different browser as a friend advised, and it worked! I have been trying several times via Google chrome, but it has now only worked when I tried via good old Internet Explorer!
